Collected objects form and inform my work. Like souvenirs, they remind me of a time or a place where I have lived. The objects are typically used or aged household items bought or found. Specific objects, like sewing patterns, shipping tags or debris inspire bodies of work using repetition and factory-like assembly to create sculptures or installations.

I am interested in what we save and discard and what eventually becomes memory. Because I moved frequently, home was a transient notion so my intention is to capture a place through the work that I make.
