Georgia Elrod is a New York City based artist and painter. Her work has been exhibited in New York and abroad at spaces including John Davis Gallery, The Horticultural Society of New York, Tribes Gallery, the Roger Smith Lab Gallery, Capla-Kesting Fine Art and RH+ Gallery in Istanbul. Most recently she was a resident at the Arteles Creative Center in Finland.
Georgia curates and helps manage artist-run gallery Heliopolis in Brooklyn. She is also a founding member of tART collective. Georgia graduated with honors in fine art from Colorado College and received her MFA in painting from Hunter College. Georgia was born in Memphis and raised in Manhattan; she lives and works in Brooklyn, N.Y.
