«A survey says that most people visiting museums and galleries spend an average of 7 seconds in front of each artwork... a bit short to remember all the details of a piece of art! So I thought: “Since there is no difference, let’s take the details away!”
The choice of the “pixel” as the principal compound of this work comes from the images we deal with today: computers screens, cameras, iPods and phones, all of them are made of pixels... and the more they are, the better the quality.
The way we visit museums is similar to the way we live our lives: running! So my work says: “let’s try to slow down and spend more time with our friends and family!”»
