All the images are stills taken from animations. Each piece in some way reinvents the meanings of objects or spaces to help question or re-evaluate our psychological needs. Fundamentally the work questions our innate drive to exist and function in an ordered world against all odds, even if that means the destruction of its own kind. Aldous Huxsley was ahead of his time in this respect in producing perhaps one of his most renowned books ‘ Brave new world ‘ in 1932, which questions the consequences of a world governed by systematising rather than humanising.
