Bibliography
Jay Shinn lives and works in Dallas and New York City. Shinn holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Kansas City Art Institute and attended the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. His most recent solo exhibition in 2011 was at Kunstverein Neuk�lln in Berlin, Germany. Shinn has exhibited widely in the United States and Germany. Shinn is represented by Marty Walker Gallery in Dallas, Texas and Barbara Davis Gallery in Houston, Texas. His upcoming 2012 solo exhibition is scheduled for the fall at University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, Gallery of Contemporary Art.
