Stunning Studio available in Deptford, The Old Police Station, do-it-yourself art centre

Hello, we have a 480 sq ft studio available in The Old Police Station. 114 Amersham Vale, London SE14 6LG, with own ground floor access, bay window, window both sides... It available to rent for £600/month in all utilities and rates etc or to share between 2 @ £300 or 3 @ £200 ea. It is fine if you want to share and don't know anyone else, we can find them.
Contract is 1 year, 6 months min, 2 months notice after that. 2 months deposit and £40 per year liability insurance + £40 key deposit required. All deposits fully refundable at end of contract.

Please note the space is open plan and not currently partitioned.
