Artists & Writers Residencies
The Caetani Cultural Centre, Vernon, BC, Canada, offers artists, writers, cultural researchers, curators, etc., independent creative living and working spaces in a community atmosphere and heritage setting for self-directed residencies, providing time, support and room for creativity, at affordable rates.
Self-directed residencies are of varying lengths of time, from 2 weeks to 6 months, to suit the individual needs of the applicant. Fees are based and pro-rated on length of stay. Artists are expected to provide their own food, materials and transportation. We are occasionally able to partner with sponsors to provide an honorarium or free accommodation/workspace. These opportunities are listed separately on our website, when available. We also partner with community and educational organizations for presentation and workshop opportunities.
