Cove Park will host a Scotland-based screenwriter or writer/director for its Film Residency.
In 2016, Cove Park will, for the first time, award a funded Filmmaker Residency to a mid-career or established screenwriter or writer/director working in Scotland. Cove Park supports the creation of new work and/or new ways of working, especially through collaboration across disciplinary borders and research: The filmmaker is therefore invited to bring to Cove Park up to 3 others from other fields or sectors for up to 1 week each (or indeed 1 other for up to 3 weeks). Please read the guidelines for more information.
For this funded pilot programme, Cove Park will host the selected screenwriter or writer/director for 4 weeks in the summer and 2 weeks during the winter.
