The core and consistent interest underpinning the work of Mark Le Ruez is the connection between stability and change; two opposing states that seemingly contradict each other yet frequently merge.

Utilising drawing, photography, video and installation; inspired by nature, human beings, found artifact and his direct experience growing up as an identical twin, his work seeks to bear witness to a singularity and individualism that has its foundations in duality.
