**CALL TO ARTISTS**
Drawing from artists across the whole of Scotland and beyond, the RSA Open Exhibition showcases a wide range of small and medium sized works (max. 80cm in any direction) selected through open submission and includes paintings, drawings, sculptures, prints and photographs.
Artists may submit up to TWO works no larger than 80 cm in any one direction (outer frame size) in any medium. All artists need to do is register and complete the online application process at www.regroyalscottishacademy.org before SUNDAY 18 OCTOBER 2015 @ 5PM. After this date, you will not be able to make changes to your online submission and new entries will not be allowed.
£750 - RSA Guthrie Award - Medal and £750 For an outstanding painting by a Scottish artist under 35 (at the time of registration).
£600 - RSA Maude Gemmell Hutchison Prize - For the best painting or drawing of an animal(s) in memory of George Jackson Hutchison.
£500 - RSA Open Exhibition Prize - For an artist of any age working in any medium.
£250 - RSA Ottillie Helen Wallace Prize - For a work by a female sculptor of any age.
£250 - RSA Latimer Awards - Two prizes of £250 each For meritorious work by Scottish artists under 35 (at the time of registration)
£250 - RSA Benno Schotz Prize - For the most promising work by a Scottish artist under 35 (at the time of registration) domiciled in Scotland
£250 - RSA Keith Prize - For the best work by a Student of any age studying Fine Art at a Scottish Art College
£250 - RSA Meyer Oppenheim Prize - For a work in any medium by an artist under 35 (at the time of registration)
